Blueberry Pineapple Ginger Smoothie
- 1 cup (150g) B.C Blueberries, fresh or frozen
- 1 cup (240ml) Light unsweetened coconut or almond milk
- ¾ cup (175ml) Plain yoghurt
- ¼ cup (35g) Pineapple chunks, fresh or frozen
- 2 tsp (10ml) Maple syrup
- 2 tsp (10ml) Fresh ginger, finely grated
- ¼ tsp (pinch) Ground turmeric (optional)
- If using frozen fruit, allow to partially thaw or add water to thin out as desired.
- Add all the ingredients to a blender and blend on high speed until smooth.
