Blueberry Breakfast Smoothie

Yields:
2 servings

Ingredients

 

  • 2 cups (300g) B.C Blueberries, fresh or frozen 
  • 1 cup (150g) Frozen banana, chopped  
  • 2 cups (500ml) Unsweetened almond milk  
  • ¼ cup (40g) Hemp seeds   
  • 2 tbsp (30ml) Almond butter  
  • 2 (48g) Medjool dates, pitted (optional) 

Directions

  1. Add all the ingredients to a blender.
  2. Blend on high until smooth.
